All reservations are tentative until confirmed by telephone or e-mail.

When completing this form, please remember that this is only a request, not a guaranteed reservation. A representative will contact you by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours to discuss your advanced reservation.

Deposit terms

To confirm each reservation, a deposit of one night's stay is required.
Deposits are made by personal check. Rooms will be held for ten days awaiting your deposit.
Deposit is non-transferable.
Remaining balance for the entire stay must be paid in full on arrival by cash, personal checks, Visa, or MasterCard.

Cancellation and refund policy

All confirmed reservations are guaranteed.

Your deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before your arrival. Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than two weeks in advance, less a 25% handling fee.

We do not rent to groups of young adults under the age of 25. Misrepresentation voids reservation.
